MC alum Jennifer Wyckoff [facebook] recently left her position at Innovative Vision Group, and she figured that a great way to blow 24 hours and a few gallons of gas would be to come visit yours truly in Jasper.

As always, Miss Wyckoff updated me on all-things-friends, all-things-news, and all-things-gossip.

Jim ‘n Nick’s bar-b-que for lunch, and a nice 3 hour dinner with family and friends was the entertainment of the day. We also made a quick trip to God’s great creation, Smith Lake (which was actually man-made).

The epitome of our generation’s “socialness” could be seen last light as Wyckoff and I both sat at our respective computers, both in our own world, both suggesting which songs should be downloaded while we perused Facebook, then laughed as the stream of scandalous photos began to come through, chronicling the best and worst moments of Spring Break 2006 through the camera lens of our “wilder” friends.

Miss Wyckoff will leave sometime this morning… after that, she’s your problem Jackson.
