What’s your favorite food/snack to induldge in when you attend a sporting event?

Amy Lewallen (left) and Chelsea Dossett (right) will be making the trip from Los Angeles to Seattle this weekend. They aren’t staying with me (which is good news ’cause I actually get to sleep in my own bed) because Amy’s sister-in-law has bun in the oven (again… such a morbid phrase) and staring at a pregnant belly is three times as fun as staring at me.
By the way… I don’t know who the fellow in the middle is… but I do know of a few guys in Seattle who might be tickled pink to see him… and his outfit (emphasis on the word ‘out’).
It’s supposed to be nice and sunny all weekend long. Plenty of time to play. Plenty of things to do.
Watch the child running through the bottom part of the screen.
(Seriously… what’s wrong with me this week with all the “watch them get hurt” videos this week?)
What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word sport?
There are those of us who understand that this is strictly funny in the sense that it’s so wrong. Then there are others who don’t like it… and it’s understandable.
I’ve watched it 10 times… it never gets old.
(PS – …oh, nevermind. Just watch the video.)

I got to wear my flip flops for the first time in 2007, yesterday. They are the best pieces of footwear, ever (even though I’ve split my big toe open twice while wearing them).

Tell us about your favorite footwear.
If you’ve fallen in love with any new shows this past year, you might wanna check this list before you get your hopes up for the next TV season.

…yeah, they’re all gone.
Visitor number 3 arrives in Seattle tomorrow morning.
Brianne Smith was in our class at MC during our Freshman and Sophomore years before transfering back home to Memphis for (A boy? Family? Dance scholarship?) I dunno what reasons.
She’s seen here holding her Weimaraner (which isn’t easy to spell) who she lovingly refers to as her child. I’ve already told her that people who do that freak me out.
No matter what type of life we’ve led… no matter the different things we’ve seen or done… we have all experienced one common, unique feeling. At the point (or points) of life which this has happened, it was the worst possible feeling in the world. Simply gut wrenching.
This feeling? As a child, when your balloon suddenly slips away… slowly floating away… never to be held again.
Seriously. I’ve got knots in my stomach right now.
