OK, maybe not all. And, well, I’m sure this isn’t quite legal either, but they’re all here until the networks catch on.
A sample of what you’ll find:
-
It’s a Wonderful Life
A Charlie Brown Christmas
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
Frosty the Snowman
…not to mention…
-
The Office: Christmas Party
The Flinstones Christmas Episode
Christmas Unwrapped: The Truth About Christmas
I know it’s a little late in the game – though if your December has been as busy as ours has then you’re trying to enjoy the holidays as much as possible – but I would like to recommend 2 CDs you must buy this season, and 1 you must not buy this season.
Michael W. Smith : It’s A Wonderful Christmas
One of the best Christmas CDs I’ve ever purchased. A few tracks are entirely instrumental, and act as a perfect ‘driving around’ soundtrack. It was also one of USA Today’s ‘Top 12 Christmas ALbums of 2007′.
Josh Groban : Noel
Pretty much what you’d expect: great music, great vocals, great CD which will never grow old.
DO NOT BUY…
Mannheim Steamroller : Christmas Song
I’m a huge fan of Mannheim Steamroller, though their most recent album is absolute crap. It sounds like a bad spin-off of bad elevator music. It’s such a shame… we won’t get another CD for at least 2 years, which, could also be just as bad when the time comes.
Here is one kids reaction to the video below.
Well hello kiddos. I’ve spent a day or so tweaking the blog to help things work a little better. Don’t be thrown off by the slow load times or any new small security additions… it’s all in an effort to combat those crazy Indian internet companies who want to sell you penis pills (even the girls).
If you experience an ongoing issue, feel free to contact me.
I think that one of the culprits to the slow/non-working website over the last day has been these electronic spambots taking up all my bandwidth.
I’ve closed the comments section until I figure out what’s wrong. Thanks for your patience.
(We started bouncing like little girls when we saw this preview the other day… ok, I am a little girl inside–so what?)

If any of you have had trouble with the blog over the last 48 hours, let me know. I think the spambots are after me. They’re filling up the comments sections will links to websites about penis pills and nekid women. I’m trying to combat them, but for now we’ll be patient while I figure it out.
I mention this every year, and every year it gets better.
The Alabama Theatre in downtown Birmingham kicks off it’s 2007 Holiday Movie Classics series this weekend. If you’re within driving distance (ie-517 miles) of B’ham, do yourself a favor and show up for at least one movie. The atmosphere alone just can’t be beat.
We’re planning on making next Friday’s flick (barring any delay from Seattle to Jasper) though we encourage you to go to as many shows as possible.
