Those of you who’ve come to visit us in Seattle have been privy to the Landon Howell Tour. While my tour leaves much to be desired, you’ve all been complimentary as we hopped from the Original Starbucks to Gas Works Park to the floating house used in Sleepless In Seattle.
So, if you really liked the tour and you REALLY like Seattle, you might want to think about ponying up $2.5 million for the floating house.
We’d help you move in and we’d come over to hang out anytime you like.

Agent Rick Miner says the owners, a husband and wife, bought it 14 years ago and love it, but they want to move to the East Coast to be near their grandchildren.
