The one where we actually have dead squid in our townhouse
posted on Jan 14 2010

Coworker of mine goes fishing at Alki Beach and catches these suckers right-n-left. Far be it from me to turn down the opportunity to learn how to make fried calamari.

Side note: These pics are from my iPhone 3Gs. Not too far in the future, our mobile devices will be on-par with our $800 cameras.

    Sushi Roller
    I swore I’d never eat it… until I did. Now, I can’t stop.

Which begs the question: Can I make sushi on my own time?

Now I can. German design studio Wunschforscher has come up with its own ‘SushiRoller‘ for the Japanese-food-crazed of the world.

The cost? 39 Euros.. a mere price to pay for raw-fish-goodness.

    Frosty
Yes, we’ve all tried to do it. And while its duplication maybe quite difficult, it is not impossible.

Top Secret Recipes points us to a few ingredients in which everyones favorite after-burger dessert might (might) be duplicated.

If it works for anyone, let me know. I’ll stick to a 99 cent drive-through until then.
