Some suggested free listening for your lonely ears… sinners.

    Pinelake Audio

While I’m still separated from Pinelake by distance [tear] I still endulge in Chip Henderson’s messages during my daily workout.

Free stuff on the DaVinci Code, Spiritual Disciplines, “Getting Real”, and Chip’s last series “What I Wish My ____ Knew” covering husbands, wives, dating, friends, kids, and parents are available in the archives.

A new series on the church just began.

To save these to your computer, simple right-click on the audio link and select “Save As” and save it to your computer. Then, drag the audio clip into you media player or iTunes.

      Pinelake Archives
      Pinelake Current Series

NOTE: Pinelake rotates what appears in their online archives. Therefore these will only be available for a short period until they are pulled and can only be accessed through Pinlake’s church library.

    Mars Hill Church

This Seattle-based church is taking the Pacific Northwest by storm. Pastor Mark Driscoll does an amazing job of presenting the Bible in modern day language without comprimising Biblical principles. The current series is titled “Christians Gone Wild.” The sermons are *gasp* about an hour in length each. I’ve gone through all but two of them and can testify that they’re worth every minute.

You can subscribe to Mars Hill podcasts on iTunes, or download them straight from their website. (Right hand side)

    John Piper

Wow… John Piper likes to talk. Which is fine, ’cause he’s good at it.

You can go all the way back to 2003 (3 years!?! Holy WWJD bracelet!).

Piper, as all you book nerds out there can attest, is truly a mind to explore. His is sermons challange even the most mature Christian and his voice is that of your grandfather as he tells you a bedtime story.

    Alright, go save the world…

Murphy’s Law is stated: “If there’s more than one way to do a job, and one of those ways will result in disaster, then somebody will do it that way.” or “Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.”

Things around JND have been a little slow over the last couple of days. Long-story-short: My life is a little crazy right now.

Just days before I am scheduled to depart for Europe, things around here are a little nuts. Google News isn’t being too kind either… as they are having a case of amnesia, forgetting who I am and screwing up JND’s news feed.

My passport work was somehow 3 weeks behind, and I have yet to recieve it. Tomorrow should be the day.

My laptop won’t recognize my iPod, and my iPod won’t play music.

    Anyway, just so you know.

    New Shows on iTunes
    posted on Dec 13 2005

I hope this continues to grow, and grow, and grow.

I never thought I could actually download TV to my computer. I know this seems a little geeky, even for me, but my my work is on my laptop, so being able watch shows I had previously missed due to “ping-pong duties” is a nice thing to have.

I had previously purchased LOST to catch-up on my recent addiction. I just grabbed Season 1 of ‘The Office‘, and you can now pick up ‘Law & Order’ as well as old episodes of ‘Knight Rider.’

Which begs the question: What TV show would you like to see added to the iTunes store?
