We were watching TV the other night when Chelsea says, “The girl from Saved By The Bell.”
Me – still obsessed with the show at 28 years of age – was quite impressed. Check out the video below… biker chick Tori needs some insurance just in case she crosses paths with Zack, Lisa, Screech, and Slater after the toga party.
I don’t like downtime. I hate sleep. The only reason I can tolerate traffic jams is because it allows me time to surf the web or check my email on my Treo. So, when I find myself with a few extra minutes where I’m not in the mood to read or write or talk, I usually hop on Wikipedia to contribute to whatever topic strikes me at the moment. I actually keep a link to everything I edit on Wikipedia – you can find it on the right-hand side of the page.
The reason I am bringing this up is because I urge you to do the same. Namely: adding facts to the Save By The Bell trivia page.
Register for a Wikipedia account and do things the right way. Otherwise, you’ll wake-up the next morning and everything you added will be deleted. I know because I’ve played the role of both the deleter and the deleted.
We all like to be the man behind the curtain.
An excellent Saved By The Bell point that was brought to my attention yesterday by cousin Karen Howell:
- “Why is it that we never got to see Slater’s bedroom? Perhaps because there were grease spots all over the place from where he leaned his head against the walls? And I personally find it amazing that Jesse, Lisa, and Kelly’s rooms have the exact same floor plan…just with different furniture.”
Yes, we were all super pumped when we learned of Saved By The Bell: The New Class. However, when Saved By The Bell: The College Years left after season one, we just didn’t find The New Class all that fulfilling. Even still, it was sad to see the show end. Therefore I leave you with this… the 9 minutes of the last episode of Saved By The Bell: The New Class, thus ending our teen years.
I’d never seen this before. The audio is terrible, but the video is hilarious.
