For co-founders, or for any early-stage startup team to work together successfully, I think that a key element is Default Trust.

Assume that no matter the error, big or small, there was no ill intention.

Startups are personal and emotionally draining, so when there’s a hiccup everyone is already on edge, ready to blow.
