The Action Priority Matrix

High Impact / Low Effort — You should do all of these. There are only two real challenges: prioritization and ownership.

High Effort / High Impact — Major projects that require more time than is initially scoped but also have an outsized impact on the company.

Low Impact / Low Effort — Don't delegate it. Just drop it. It's not meaningful work. It's the perception of work.
